After a short assignment at the Cape Town International Convention Center (CTICC), I spend some time to take some pictures. The CTICC opened it’s doors only five years ago. It is so much part of the events happening in Cape Town, that I could have imagined that it would have been here for longer.
A while back, I photographed during the Cape Town Jazz Festival at the convention center. Actually, a good number of my event assignments also happen to be either at the CTICC or the neighboring hotel.
Tonight’s light came close to the light, I think is ideal to shoot the architecture and the mountain in the background. For my next image of the CTICC, I am looking for a different angle.
